Description

A blind, fungus-ridden creature clicking in its throat: hold a key and it rattles in bursts, each burst starting as separate clicks and speeding up into a croaking rattle ("k ... k .. k-k-k-krrrk"), with a wet gurgle and a rough growl under it, then a pause, then another. The key sets the throat's size: C3 a person-sized throat, C2 something bigger. One voice.

Macros: 1 Agitation: shorter pauses and a faster rattle. 2 Throat: sharper resonances: a more hollow, ringing click. 3 Gurgle: wetter. 4 Growl: more voice under the clicks.

Try: Throat's formula: 9 + 40 * k2 * u * u is the click rate through a burst (u from 0 to 1); Rasp's Drive higher for a sicker creature.
