FM Lead

Description

Macros: 1 Bite: FM depth. 2 Scream: the high-pass's cutoff and resonance, up to a thin, screaming tone. 3 Warp: the Mod's pitch, from two octaves down to the key's own. An octave down halfway; clangs in between. 4 Drive: how hard the clip is hit.

Try:

• The Carrier's output into the Ladder: Square (3) instead of Saw (2).
• The Ladder's FM (the audio-rate wobble of the cutoff): 0 cleaner, 0.3 more growl below.
• Glide's k1: 0 none, 0.5 long slides.
• The Delay's Mix: 0 for bone dry.
• Voice mode legato, to slide between held keys without retriggering.
